Curated proof that the world has soul, for the people who love this stuff!

💥 In This Week’s Issue

  • A personal note: On seeds and legacy — and the simple question I've started asking myself before I say or post anything

  • Worth knowing: the Earth School theory across ancient civilizations, a photo series of fathers and sons holding hands for the first time in years, why your best ideas come in the shower, and who is carrying the women who carry everything

  • Plus: a spotlight on my soul sister Leiko Coyle and her horse Bella, the four Ps Dr. Lisa Miller swears by, and a first look at The Way of the Horse — our workshop together on July 1

What seeds are you planting?

That's one of the themes we talked about in my TFT book study this week. What seeds are you planting? Meaning, what kind of legacy are you living – and ultimately what will you be leaving behind. Everything matters: the conversations we’re having, the things we’re consuming, the energy we’re bringing into a room.

How are we being good stewards of our time and energy?

Nothing we do is contained. Not really. The love we put out keeps moving. The resentment, anger, judgement, too. Energy doesn't disappear — it just keeps going, rippling into people and places we may never even see.

It means the small stuff matters. Like, the choice to pause before reacting, or the decision to come from compassion instead of needing to be right. The question I've started asking myself before I say something or post something or send a message: Is this coming from love, or is it coming from fear?

I admit, I don't always choose love because I’m still humaning. Sometimes I’m just not my highest self. But I'm getting better at catching myself, or at least recognizing it faster.

That's what this space is about, really. None of us are going for perfection because there’s no such thing. But we can constantly bring more awareness and intention to what we're putting out into the web of life.

So — what are you planting this week?

WORTH KNOWING

🎧 Every Ancient Civilization Agreed: Your Soul Chose This Life Before You Were Born:” On this podcast, Mayim Bialik explores the "Earth School" theory — the idea that life is a classroom for the soul and that every experience carries hidden purpose — drawing on near-death experiences, ancient wisdom traditions, and modern consciousness research. Across cultures and centuries, strikingly similar accounts suggest that suffering may be a lesson, consciousness may survive death, and each soul may be here on purpose.

📸 Fathers and sons holding hands. “In a world that is already growing apart, holding hands becomes a silent prayer, a way to come together again. While posing, fathers and sons hold hands for the first time in years, sometimes decades.”

🗣️ Community, unscripted, twice a month. A space for women who get lit up by spiritual conversation — real talk, no script, and some laughing along the way.

🚿 Looking to tap into moments of insight or tap into inspired ideas? Take a shower!

💛 Who is carrying the women who carry everything? "Because the world does not need more exhausted heroines. It needs women who know that their deepest value was never in how much they could hold together. It was always in who they are and in balance with giving and receiving."

Little things keeping me going.

Dr. Lisa Miller on the important Ps: practice, people, purpose, and path.

Products behind the glow. Someone I saw at a recent retreat emailed me asking what I used on my face because I was “glowing.” 😊 Here are 6 of my faves!

The Way of the Horse with Leiko Coyle — Wednesday, July 1

Join us for this workshop on inner authority and authenticity.

As featured above in the Light-Holder Spotlight, Leiko is an equine experiential learning practitioner and NYU-certified life coach who has spent years learning what horses have to teach us about presence, worth, inner trust, and coming back to yourself. Over 90 minutes she'll share six teachings from the horse world, lead a guided meditation, and share a channeled message from her horse Bella.

It's $33 and the replay is included.

Wednesday, July 1 · 4:30 PM PT / 7:30 PM ET · Zoom

"Real power is always from inside and can never be taken. It is close to dignity, but with extraordinary force, like thunder.”

Bella, the horse

Bad news is good business. We never bought in.

Every morning, financial news follows the same script. Headlines panic, coverage catastrophises, and somewhere inside the noise is the story that actually matters — the one that tells you where the opportunity sits, not just where the fear is pointing.

Most sources have stopped looking. The alarm is easier to sell.

The Daily Upside was created by Wall Street insiders for readers who crave real insight over recycled anxiety. Five minutes of global business and finance, before the noise sets the agenda — just the facts, context, and analysis your decisions need.

Join 1M readers — including managing directors and principals at some of Wall Street’s largest institutions — who trust The Daily Upside to filter through the chaos.

The upsides are always there. We’ll find them before breakfast.
